SMS Terms of Service — Internal Communications

1. Overview

These messages are non‑marketing and may include work schedule reminders, meeting notifications, urgent operational or safety updates, weather advisories, and holiday closure notices.

2. Opt‑In & Eligibility

• Eligibility: This program is for current employees of Ricochet Manufacturing Co., LLC. It is not intended for customers or the general public.
• Opt‑In: Participation is voluntary. Employees opt in by providing their mobile number during onboarding or through other HR‑approved processes and by acknowledging these terms.
• Consent Not a Condition: Providing consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of employment, performance evaluation, or receipt of any benefit.
• Accurate Number: Employees agree to provide an accurate mobile number and to notify HR if their number changes.

3. Message Frequency

Messages are sent only as needed; frequency may vary based on operational needs (e.g., schedule changes, urgent updates, severe weather).

4. Message & Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile plan and carrier. Check with your mobile carrier for details.

5. STOP/HELP Commands

• Opt‑Out: You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message from [Company Name]. After you send STOP, you will receive one final confirmation message and then no further messages will be sent unless you opt in again.
• Help: For assistance, reply HELP to any message or contact HR at 215-849-1971 or [email protected].

6. Message Types

• Work schedule reminders and shift notifications
• Meeting notifications and general operational updates
• Urgent safety or facility updates
• Weather advisories and related closure/reopening notices
• Holiday hours and closure reminders

Messages will not include advertising or marketing content.

7. Privacy & Data Use

Your mobile phone number and any associated SMS metadata will be used solely for internal communications as described in these terms. Ricochet Manufacturing Co., LLC will not sell or share your phone number with third parties for their marketing purposes.
